Register as a lender and verify your email.

Complete verification.
Pass the identity check. As a lender you’re entering Swiss-law lending agreements, so verification is required.

Browse loan requests.
In your dashboard you’ll see borrower requests with their amount, currency, duration, interest rate, and collateral details. At launch, currencies are CHF and USD.

Accept a request.
When you accept, Helva generates the contracts (you, the borrower, and Helva as broker and guarantor) and sends them already pre-signed with a qualified electronic signature (QES) by Helva.
